1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReachAI at reachai.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
ReachAI is an AI-powered outreach message generator that creates personalized cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and WhatsApp messages in 10 languages using Anthropic's Claude AI. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the effectiveness of generated messages.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@reachai.us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ReachAI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ReachAI to:
- • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- • Generate messages that are fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions
- • Resell or share access to your account
- • Generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policies
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis or as a one-time payment for lifetime plans. All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@reachai.us for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you input into ReachAI and the messages generated for you. ReachAI retains ownership of the platform, software, and AI prompts. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the Account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
